SAN DOG Rhythm Section Legendary Guitarist and West Coast Rhythm Aficionado Jim Reynolds Dropped by the Studio at HD Pro for a impromptu jam session w/ Todd in the recent weeks. Known for his roller coaster style of unmatched strumming, Reynolds and Tyler covered old Jam Band Classics from the likes of Widespread Panic and Much More. Todd Tyler Music & HD Pro will be releasing a Smoldering Rendition of "Picking up the Pieces"(WSP) on the audio player in the months to come. Big thanks to Jimmy for Dropping in!! Studio Blues Just a little update and insight on the production of the upcoming EP. Todd has been spending the month of September honing and tweaking audio in the Studio at HD Pro. Tyler says: "The writing process for this record is a lot different than the last, A lot of writing is occurring during production as opposed to coming into the studio with a song ready to go, I think it makes for a better record because i have more freedom to experiment in production but the process is definitely slower ". HD Pro has yet to leak a definite number of tracks for the new EP but you can bet that a radio edit is in order. Todd has a nack for turning out studio tracks at well over five minutes. More updates coming soon HDP-9/21/09 Collaboration with Rebecca RibichTodd has recently recorded nine tracks for Chicago Actress/Singer/Songwriter Rebecca Ribich @ HD Productions that are currently in production. Ribich recently compiled her best tracks to set in motion the sounds and themes of her yet to be titled debut childrens album. Tyler will be in charge of all instrumental arrangements and post production duties for the record. HD Pro is Busy!! Tyler Produces M.C. Miller @ HD ProductionsTodd has recently collaborated with Educator/Rapper and childhood friend M.C. Miller on the track "Don't ask Me Why" based on the 1906 Upton Sinclaire novel "The Jungle". Under the Moniker DJ Canopy, Tyler created and mixed all beats for the track and his vocals were featured on the hook. Miller debuted His track for the South Carolina Public School System receiving rave reviews. The two plan to collaborate annually to write and produce literary based tracks for use as educational tools in SC Public Schools. Eddie's attic Songwriter ShootoutEddie's Attic, the premier showcase for regional and national singer/songwriters. Todd has been chosen to perform songs from "bedtime" in Decatur Ga. to a listening room only on april 13th. Come out , see and be seen, on the scene, know what I mean! New EP release December '09Balancing touring and recording, Todd is slowly but surely working on a 5-6 song ep scheduled for release in november/ december of 2009. Rumor has it that more guitars and a guest percussion appearance are in the works for this release. We will keep you posted as progress is made.
